L’Uetta

This fresh and fruity white wine is made from small grapes, the pressing and processing of which yields it. It features a crystalline straw yellow/greenish hue. The nose is intense, with notes of oriental fruit, followed by winter melon, citrus, white flowers, and salty notes. Fruity and vibrant, fresh and savory, it’s easy to drink, with a persistent fruitiness and a delicately almondy finish. Excellent as an aperitif with finger foods, appetizers, seafood risotto, shellfish, fresh and soft cheeses, chicken salad, and fish-based main courses.
