Lu Rappaio
Lu Rappaio is the dark, bluish “bunch” of tightly packed grapes from which this structured, traditional wine is produced. Ruby red with purple hues, the nose is intense with notes of strawberry compote, blackberry, rosemary, and floral violets on a humus background. Soft and structured, it reproduces the aromas perceived on the nose in a wide array, finishing persistently with vegetal and fruity notes. Excellent with mushroom pasta, roasts, grilled meats, and mutton.
