Roma DOC Classico Rosso
A wine dedicated to Rome and its rich history, a tribute to its rich and productive lands: Roma DOC is the most recent of Lazio’s designations, encompassing one of the most important historic territories, with ancient winemaking traditions and the mineral strength of the land shaped by the Lazio Volcano. Made from a meticulous selection of Montepulciano, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot, our Roma DOC is a wine with a luminous, deep, and intense color, a dark, mineral bouquet, and the aromatic power of the grape varieties that compose its blend. A limited edition, aged extensively in barriques, is also available.

Vinification and refinement
Maceration and fermentation of the grapes at a controlled temperature
trolled until the end of the same, subsequent racking and
soft pressing of the pomace. This is followed by a period of refinement
chin partly in steel and partly in wood of various origins
and capacity.
