Nerello Mascalese
An intense and elegant Sicilian red, made from Nerello Mascalese grapes grown on the hills of the Trapani hinterland. It displays a deep, brilliant ruby color in the glass. On the nose, it expresses a complex bouquet of red and black berries, red flowers, and elegant hints of humus, spice, and minerality.

Vinification and refinement
Soft pressing of the grapes, cold maceration and fermentation, malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, followed by a brief aging in different types of wood to enhance the characteristics of the product.
