Primitivo – Aged in Oak
Ruby red with purple hues. Intense aromas of strawberry compote, blackberry, rosemary, and floral violets on a humus background. Smooth and structured, it offers a wide array of the same sensations as the nose, then lingers on a lingering finish with vegetal and fruity notes.

Vinification and refinement
Prolonged fermentation on the skins at a controlled temperature and refinement and maturation in steel. It undergoes a short passage in wood (large barrels).
