Ro’Si

Susumaniello is a native Apulian variety that Masca del Tacco has already invested in, first producing a red and then a rosé, and now, for the first time in its history, is producing a rosé sparkling wine. The vineyards are located on ferrous soils rich in limestone and influenced by sea breezes. A new challenge for a sparkling wine that displays a bright and intense coral pink color on a nose of wild berries, pink flowers, and aromatic Mediterranean herbs. Fresh and savory on the palate, with a creamy perlage, it is extremely drinkable and has an excellent persistence.

Vinification and refinement
Obtained through the practice of bloodletting, it ferments in steel at low temperature. The product is cleaned and filtered as soon as possible in an attempt to preserve as much as possible the primary aromas of the grapes after which refermentation takes place in an autoclave, where the sparkling base is subjected to a second fermentation, and expresses its maximum potential potential from the point of view of aromaticity deriving from the grapes themselves.
