Tator Primitivo

Grown from ancient Apulian saplings on iron-rich red soils ventilated by the sea, TATOR is an intense and enveloping Primitivo. Bright ruby red, it releases balsamic notes of ripe black cherry, berries, sweet spices, and Mediterranean herbs on the nose. The palate is powerful yet balanced, with ripe tannins and a long, fruity finish with hints of bitter cocoa. Ideal with rich first courses, game, grilled meats, and legume and mushroom soups.
