An exceptional Primitivo, grown on Apulian bush vines on red soils rich in iron and limestone, caressed by the sea breezes. A deep and luminous ruby red, the nose offers an elegant bouquet of berries, black cherry, currant, and fresh violet, with hints of rosemary, licorice, black pepper, and graphite. On the palate, it is smooth and powerful yet harmonious, with perfectly integrated alcohol and a long finish on fruity and spicy notes. Ideal with game, grilled meats, aged cheeses, or as a great meditation wine.
