Zifandel Organic
Intense and luminous ruby red. Complex nose of blackberry and plum jam, followed by red flowers, humus, cocoa, coffee, and mint, all on a ferrous minerality. Structured and enveloping, intensely fruity and vegetal, with a very long finish and balsamic aftertaste.

Vinification and refinement
Soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation on the skins in steel at a controlled temperature and aging in steel.
It can undergo a short refinement in wood.
